Road and Bridge Department Superintendent Clint Kimball cancelled his department report in order to work on time sensitive Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) related road projects.

9:00 a.m., Road and Bridge Department Superintendent Clint Kimball joined the meeting to give his department report. A written report was presented. Mr. Kimball briefly spoke of matters pertaining to emergency work and what the various funding agencies require.

Commissioner Kirby moved to appoint Commissioner Pinkerton Acting Chairman in the absence of Chairman Dinning. Commissioner Pinkerton second. Motion passed unanimously.
