Advisory: Winter Weather Advisory until 11:00AM Friday
...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 5 PM THIS AFTERNOON TO 11 AM PDT FRIDAY...

* WHAT...Snow expected. Plan on slippery road conditions across mountain passes. Snow accumulations of 2 to 4 inches are expected.

* WHERE...Sherman Pass, Schweitzer Mountain Road, Flowery Trail Road.

* WHEN...Snow will begin early this evening, continue through the night and taper off late Friday morning.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Precipitation will be rain or non- accumulating snow in the valleys but turn to snow with increasing elevation and begin accumulating on the road surface as motorists approach the pass elevations.

* AFFECTED AREAS: NORTHERN PANHANDLE
Instructions:
A Winter Weather Advisory for snow means that periods of snow will cause primarily travel difficulties. Be prepared for snow covered roads and limited visibilities...and use caution while driving.
