9:00 a.m.: Motion to sign Certificates of Residency. Motion to sign Commissioner meeting minutes from February 3. Cancel/extend various taxes. Motion to sign New Private Road Name Request Forms. Claims approval. Motion to sign RFF #1 AIP017. Motion to approve PAC Membership dues. Motion to sign Task Order with Great West Engineering. ACTION ITEMS.
9:30 a.m.: County Civil Attorney Bill Wilson – Update on various matters.
10:30 a.m.: Kootenai Valley Resource Initiative (KVRI) Facilitator Theresa Wheat and Bonners Ferry District Forest Ranger (USFS) Heather Fuller – Update on KVRI and Forest Service projects.
11:00 a.m.: Solid Waste Superintendent Richard Jenkins and Jim Jordan with Western States Discussion/possible motion on quotes to purchase new loader. ACTION ITEM.
11:30 a.m.: LeAlan Pinkerton, update on logging project.
1:30 p.m.: Road and Bridge Department report. Discussion/Motion to sign sale agreement for Caterpillar 309 excavator. Discussion/Motion to sign concurrence letter for Riverside 1B. Discussion/Motion to sign road mileage report. Executive Session 74-206(c) to acquire an interest in real property which is not owned by a public agency. ACTION ITEMS.
2:00 p.m.: Human Resources Report. Executive Session 74-206(a) to consider hiring a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, wherein the respective qualities of individuals are to be evaluated in order to fill a particular vacancy or need. This paragraph does not apply to filling a vacancy in an elective office or deliberations about staffing needs in general. Executive Session 74-206(b) to consider the evaluation, dismissal, or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, or public-school student. ACTION ITEM.
2:30 p.m.: Sheriff Stolley, Discussion/possible motion, Operation Stonegarden Grant. ACTION ITEM.
