9:20 a.m.: University of Idaho Extension update.
9:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.: County Civil Attorney Bill Wilson – Update on various matters. Motion to sign Certificates of Residency. Motion to sign Commissioner meeting minutes. Cancel/extend various taxes. Motion to sign New Private Road Name Request Forms. Motion to sign IDL Report of Inspection 2025-2. Motion to sign IDL – Deer Camp Grant #22HFR1-Boundary. Motion to sign support letter for proposed Congressional Delisting of Grizzly Bears in the Lower 48 States. Executive Session 74-206(c) to acquire an interest in real property which is not owned by a public agency. ACTION ITEMS.
10:00 a.m.: Boundary County Ambulance Service District Governing Board meeting. ACTION ITEMS.
10:30 a.m.: Cory Trapp, LTA Architects to discuss Safeway project
11:00 a.m.: Solid Waste Superintendent Richard Jenkins and Jim Jordan with Western States Discussion/possible motion to lease/purchase of a CAT 980 Wheel Loader and CAT 730 Articulated Truck. ACTION ITEMS.
11:30 a.m.: Solid Waste Superintendent Richard Jenkins. Discussion/possible motion on purchase of a TarpArmor ADC Cover System. ACTION ITEM.

Afternoon meetings will be held at the Courthouse
1:30 p.m.: Road and Bridge Department report. Discussion/Motion to resign Riverside 1B MOA. Louis Maggi to discuss P&Z/R&B for an issue with a culvert. ACTION ITEMS.
2:00 p.m.: Human Resources Report. Discussion/ possible motion on classification position review. Executive Session 74-206(a) to consider hiring a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, wherein the respective qualities of individuals are to be evaluated in order to fill a particular vacancy or need. This paragraph does not apply to filling a vacancy in an elective office or deliberations about staffing needs in general. Executive Session 74-206(b) to consider the evaluation, dismissal, or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, or public-school student. ACTION ITEMS.
2:30 p.m.: Indigent Matter. Possible ACTION ITEM. This session will be closed per Idaho Code 31-874.
3:00 p.m.: Sheriff Stolley Discussion/ possible motion to lease/purchase two patrol trucks and two detective vehicles. ACTION ITEMS.
