9:20 a.m.: Motion to appoint Commission Chairman. ACTION ITEM.
9:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.: County Civil Attorney Bill Wilson – Update on various matters. Motion to sign Certificates of Residency for Heather Kunsky. Motion to sign Commissioner meeting minutes from January 6. Cancel/extend various taxes. Motion to sign New Private Road Name Request Forms. Claims approval. Motion to adopt Resolution Establishing Polling Places. Motion to adopt Resolution to Dispose of Records from Commissioners Office. ACTION ITEMS.
10:00 a.m.: Matt Hodges, IT report.
10:30 a.m.: Kootenai Valley Resource Initiative (KVRI) Facilitator Theresa Wheat and Bonners Ferry District Forest Ranger (USFS) Heather Fuller – Update on KVRI and Forest Service projects.
11:00 a.m.: Nelson Mast – discussion and possible motion concerning applying for an Idaho Department of Commerce Rural Community Investment Fund grant to assist with funding the new highway access for Panhandle Door. ACTION ITEM.

1:30 p.m.: Dave Parker, Airport Manager – Airport Managers Report; Current and future airport projects; Hanger I, C, A, B; Smith Creek Hydro Power line in Airspace.
2:00 p.m.: Public Hearing for FILE 25-0018, PRIMITIVE SUBDIVISION VIA SHORT PLAT, NAUMANN REVOCABLE INTER VIVOS TRUST is requesting preliminary plat approval of Garland Estates to divide a 33.6-acre parcel into a 10-acre lot and a 23.6-acre lot. The parcel is located off Ranger Road in the Ag/Forestry zone, which requires a 10-acre density minimum. The property will use private wells and septic systems and is identified as Assessor’s Parcel RP61N01E222500A in Section 22 Township 61 North, Range 1 East, B.M.
2:30 p.m. Public Hearing for FILE 25-0017, RURAL SUBDIVISION VIA SHORT PLAT, JAMIE & PAM BARTON are requesting preliminary plat approval of Barton Subdivision to divide two parcels totaling 28.59 acres, into five residential lots ranging between 5 and 7.897 acres. The parcels are located off Kootenai Trail Road in the Rural Residential zone, which requires a 5-acre density minimum. The properties will use private wells and septic systems and are identified as Assessor’s Parcels RP61N01E212412A and RP61N01E212400A in Section 21, Township 61 North, Range 1 East, B.M.
2:45 p.m.: Clare Marley & Tess Vogel, Ruen Yeager, Ben Jones, P&Z - P&Z year-end summary of permitting; projects for 2025; joint PZ and Commission meeting schedule; and Area of City Impact boundary updates and process.
