9:00 a.m.: Discussion regarding signage at new University of Idaho Extension Office location. ACTION ITEM.
9:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.: County Civil Attorney Tevis Hull – Update on various matters. Motion to sign Certificates of Residency. Motion to sign Commissioner meeting minutes. Cancel/extend various taxes. Motion to sign New Private Road Name Request Forms. Discussion/motion regarding National Opioids Settlement Notice. Discussion/motion regarding ARPA, ARPA projects and possible motion to adopt ARPA resolutions. Motion to sign Development Agreement with Daniel & Linda DeHart. Motion to write and send comment letter to Forest Service regarding draft comprehensive plan for the Pacific Northwest Scenic Trail. Discussion/motion to renew Panhandle Area Council membership dues. Motion to sign Idaho Department of Lands Reimbursement Requests for wildland urban interface hazardous fuels reduction projects as they become available. Motion to sign the Independent Contractor Agreement with Red Rock Contractors. Motion to sign amended Land Lease with Olivia Garrison. 1:30 p.m.: Commissioners’ public hearing to consider Planning and Zoning Application #23-0050 for a short plat – rural subdivision filed by the Billie & Patricia I. Poulton Family Trust. ACTION ITEM.
2:00 p.m.: Commissioners’ public hearing to consider Planning and Zoning Application #23-0036 for a short plat – primitive subdivision filed by the Migliore Family Rev. Trust. ACTION ITEM.
2:30 p.m.: Commissioners’ public hearing to consider Planning and Zoning Application #22-0183 for a conditional use permit filed by James & Elida Byler for a Tractor Supply Store. ACTION ITEM.
3:30 p.m.: Discussion/motion regarding option for Sunrise Road - Kootenai Tribe of Idaho and Boundary County Improvement project. Public comments allowed. ACTION ITEM.

3:00 p.m.: Commissioners’ special meeting with Cory Trapp of Longwell + Trapp Architects to discuss bids and options for the Parks and Recreation concession/restroom project at the fairgrounds. POSSIBLE ACTION ITEM.
