9:00 a.m.: Road and Bridge Department report. Discussion/possible motion to sign the State/Local Agreement for Deep Creek Loop Mile Post 1.1. Discussion/possible motion regarding loader financing. Discussion/possible motion regarding Riverside Road FLAP Project Memorandum of Agreement.
9:30 a.m.: County Civil Attorney – Update on various matters. Motion to sign Certificates of Residency. Cancel/extend various taxes. Adopt resolution to increase Justice Fund Sheriff’s Budget due to receipt of unanticipated revenue.
10:00 a.m.; Continuation of indigent 2017-22 hearing on appeal.
11:00 a.m.: Indigent 2017-28 appeal hearing.
11:45 a.m.: Claims approval.
1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.: Idaho Public Defense Commission Regional Liaison Aaron Freudenthal – Update on Public Defense program.
2:30 p.m.: University of Idaho Extension Educator Amy Robertson – Discussion regarding overtime and compensation.
3:00 p.m.: Solid Waste Department Superintendent Claine Skeen – Discussion regarding letter pertaining to use of posi-shell material and Executive session pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206(1)b, to consider the evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, or public school student.

KVRI Forestry Sub-Committee meeting at the Kootenai Tribal Office starting at 1:00 p.m.

9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.: John Ailport with Inland Forest Management – Update on status of grants and funding for various fire hazard mitigation projects.
10:00 a.m.: Treasurer Sue Larson – Discuss taxes on land purchased by county.
10:15 a.m.: Indigent cases 2018-13 and 2018-11.
3:00 p.m.: Idaho Association of Counties Legislative Conference call for District 1.

10:30 a.m.: Dennis Weed – Update on planning for regional sewer feasibility study.
11:30 a.m.: Kurt Pavlat with Bureau of Land Management – Update on Bureau of Land Management matters.
3:00 p.m.: Idaho Association of Counties Legislative Conference Call for District 1.
