9:30 a.m.: Executive session pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206(1)b, to consider the evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, or public school student and Idaho Code 74-206(1)c, to acquire an interest in real property which is not owned by a public agency.
9:50 a.m.; Chief Probation Officer – Discussion and possible motion to fill vacant position for Probation Office.
10:00 a.m.: Indigent 2017-5. Discussion and motion to comment on the Boulder Creek Restoration project. Discussion and possible motion regarding Priority Landscape Designation for MA 5 & 6. Motion to sign Federal Aviation Administration Request for Reimbursement #3 for the Boundary County Airport Improvement Project #3-16-0004-014-2016. Motion to sign Idaho State Dept., Division of Aeronautics, Idaho Airport Aid Program State FY 17 Grant Offer for the Boundary County Airport. Motion to adopt resolution re: administrative fees for Land Use Applications for Ordinance 2017-1 and adopt resolution approving polling sites for 2017 election. Cancel/extend various taxes. Approve Certificates of Residency. Motion to sign: Agreement with Stimson Lumber for access for snowmobile grooming & maintenance and Findings & Decision for Planning and Zoning Application #16-111 for Amendments to Land Use Ordinance 2015-2. Discussion and possible motion regarding request to renew contract for mosquito surveillance study for year 2017.
10:30 a.m.: Jessie Herndon with Mountain Waterworks, Boundary Economic Development Director Dennis Weed, and City of Bonners Ferry Mayor David Sims – Discuss sewer system feasibility.
11:00 a.m.: Solid Waste Department Superintendent – Discuss lease for wheel loader at landfill. Possible motion.
11:30 a.m.: Road and Bridge Department Superintendent – Road & Bridge Department report. Discussion and motion to sign STP-Rural FY 17-18 Application for School House Road improvements, letter recommending a functional classification change to Schoolhouse Road, and Bridge FY 17 application for Naples Bridge replacement. Quarterly jail inspection.
