KVRI meeting at Extension Office at 7p.m.

9:00 a.m.: Road & Bridge Department report. Motion to sign FEMA’s Designation of Applicant’s Agent and Request for Public Assistance Forms. Motion to go out to bid for Deep Creek Bridge #3 repairs. Discuss budget. ACTION ITEM.
9:30 a.m.: County Civil Attorney Tevis Hull – Update on various matters. Discussion regarding grant administration and CARES Act emails & notices. Motion to sign Certificates of Residency. Motion to sign Commissioner meeting minutes. Motion to cancel/extend various taxes. Motion to increase room rates for Restorium. Motion to sign letter of intent for the Boundary Soil Conservation District/NRCS. Motion to adopt Ordinance regarding urban subdivisions. Motion to complete Idaho Capital Crimes Defense Fund Program Board Election and member-at-large forms. ACTION ITEMS.
10:00 a.m.: Boundary County Ambulance Service District Governing Board meeting. ACTION ITEM.
10:30 a.m.: Kootenai Tribe of Idaho Administrative Director Rhonda Vogl and Bonners Ferry District Forest Ranger Kevin Knauth – Update on Kootenai Valley Resource Initiative (KVRI) and Forest Service projects. ACTION ITEM.
11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.: Kootenai Tribe of Idaho Fish & Wildlife Department Director Sue Ireland – Discussion with representatives of the Kootenai Tribe of Idaho, Environmental Protection Agency and Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes regarding impacts to the Kootenai River water quality and fish from British Columbia Elk River coal mine operations.

9:50 a.m.: Motion to sign Request for Reimbursement No. 2 and the Invoice Summary for Airport Improvement Project 3-16-0004-017-2020. ACTION ITEM.
9:30 a.m.: Noxious Weeds Department report.
10:00 a.m.: Veterans Service Officer Ron Self – Update on veterans’ service matters.
10:30 a.m.: Restorium report.
11:00 a.m.: Planning & Zoning Administrator John Moss - Discuss Planning & Zoning workload and computer system issues.
1:30 p.m.: Jeremy Davy with Cabinet Mountain Water District, Planning & Zoning Administrator John Moss – Discuss and inform Commissioners of various Cabinet Mountain Water District projects.
2:00 p.m.: Discussion regarding grant administration for the State of Idaho broadband grant. POSSIBLE ACTION ITEM. Discuss estimate for parking lot at the armory. POSSIBLE ACTION ITEM.
