9:30 a.m.: County Civil Attorney – Update on various matters. Motion to sign Certificates of Residency. Motion to cancel/extend various taxes. Motion to approve Moyie Store Catering Permit for Kootenai River Days Bull Bash. Motion to sign Boundary County Trails and Pathways Committee Charter. Motion to sign Public Defense Commission indigent defense grant approval for fiscal year 2018. Indigent 2017-13. Motion to approve transfer of Alcoholic Beverage License for Love Light due to location change. Tentative motion to approve & sign Idaho Dept. of Lands grant funds for 2017 HFR Westside Temple Deer Dawson project.
10:00 a.m.: Solid Waste Department report. Budget.
10:30 a.m.: Probation Department report.
11:30 a.m.: Boundary Economic Development Director Dennis Weed – Update on EDC projects and records retention.
1:30 p.m.: B. & S. Hotaling Board of Equalization appeal hearing.
2:15 p.m.: B. Ludlow Board of Equalization appeal hearing.
