Last day Commissioners meet as Board of Equalization.

9:00 a.m.: Road and Bridge Department report. Bid opening for Plato Drive & Tobe Way Roadway Improvements. ACTION ITEM.
9:30 a.m.: County Civil Attorney Tevis Hull – Update on various matters. Discussion regarding proposal from Longwell+Trapp regarding a professional services agreement, Master Plan & Cost Estimating Services. Motion to sign Certificates of Residency. Motion to sign Commissioner meeting minutes. Discussion/Motion to approve and sign the amended contract with Porter Yett. Motion to sign the Amendment to the Lease with North Idaho College. Motion to sign Work Order #19-04 (Documented CATEX & Preliminary Environmental Assessment Studies) for the Boundary County Airport. Motion to adopt resolution to amend the county’s travel policy. Cancel/extend various taxes. Motion to approve and sign the All Weather Observation System (AWOS) contract for the Airport. Claims approval. Discussion regarding At-Will. Motion to sign letter of support for County Noxious Weeds Department Superintendent to attend the Leadership Idaho Agriculture Class. Motion to sign deeds for parcels sold at the July 2nd county tax deeded property auction. Motion to approve/sign the Idaho Department of Commerce Survey. ACTION ITEMS.

10:15 a.m.: Solid Waste Department Superintendent Claine Skeen – Budget discussion.
11:00 a.m.: Restorium report.
11:30 a.m.: Chief Deputy Clerk Tracie Isaac – Discuss request for use of Public Defenders’ Office for AFLAC representative. ACTION ITEM. Quarterly jail inspection.
1:30 p.m.: Commissioners hold public hearing in the University of Idaho Extension Annex, located behind the Courthouse, to consider taking a road to be constructed by Union Pacific Railroad into the county’s road system for maintenance. ACTION ITEM.
3:00 p.m.: Executive Session per I.C. 74-206(1)(a) To consider hiring a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, wherein the respective qualities of individuals are to be evaluated in order to fill a particular vacancy or need.
3:20 p.m.: Indigent 2011-37. ACTION ITEM.
3:30 p.m.: Chief Deputy Clerk Tracie Isaac – Update on proposed changes to County Personnel Policy.
