9:30 a.m.: County Civil Attorney – Update on various matters. Motion to sign Certificates of Residency. Motion to cancel/extend various taxes. Sheriff’s Office – Present quotes for Sheriff’s Office vehicle. Motion to accept quote. Motion to sign Airport Improvement Project Oversight Risk Assessment. Motion to sign Independent Contractor Agreement with Panhandle Pest Control. Motion to sign Contract for Tree Planting & Riparian Planting Activities for Lower Kootenai River Watershed Restoration Project. Motion to sign Findings and Decision for Planning & Zoning Application #17-051.
9:50 a.m.: Discuss US Army Corps of Engineers annual Libby Dam operations public information meeting in Bonners Ferry to be held on May 18, 2017.

9:00 a.m.: Cassie Olson with Boundary Soil Conservation District – Request letter of intent for budget and State Soil Conservationist Curtis Elke – Introductions and general discussion.
