9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.: County Civil Attorney Tevis Hull – Update on various matters. Motion to sign Certificates of Residency. Motion to sign Commissioner meeting minutes. Cancel/extend various taxes. Motion to sign New Private Road Name Request Forms. Discussion/motion regarding National Opioids Settlement Notice. Motion to sign the Cooperative Agreement for University of Idaho Extension Programs. Motion regarding nomination for Idaho Counties Risk Management Program for District I Representative. Discussion/motion regarding ARPA funds and adoption of resolution regarding ARPA funds. Motion to sign the Idaho Department of Lands Intent to Award Notification documents for the Brushy Deer Camp/Deer Camp project. Discussion/motion regarding roll off containers to be purchased using ARPA funds. Motion to sign letter of support for Boundary Volunteer Ambulance Inc. in their effort to purchase an ambulance through the Idaho State EMS grant program. 11:00 a.m.: Special meeting of the Boundary County Ambulance Service District Governing Board. Discussion regarding receipt and transfer of ARPA funds to Boundary Volunteer Ambulance Service Inc. Possible motion to adopt resolution regarding ARPA funds for Boundary Volunteer Ambulance Service, Inc. ACTION ITEMS.
11:30 a.m.: Quarterly jail inspection.
1:30 p.m.: Road and Bridge Department Co-Superintendents Renee Nelson and Randy Morris – Discussion/motion regarding award of bid for Leading Idaho Local Bridge Key No. 30280, Skin Creek Bridge. ACTION ITEM. Possible motion to go into executive session pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206(1)b, to consider the evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, or public-school student.
