9:30 a.m.: County Civil Attorney Tevis Hull – Update on various matters. Discussion regarding payments/reimbursements associated with the State of Idaho CARES Act Broadband Grant. Motion to sign Certificates of Residency. Motion to sign Commissioner meeting minutes. Cancel/extend various taxes. Motion to adopt year-end resolutions. Motion to approve & authorize payment for State of Idaho CARES Act Broadband Grant Request for Reimbursement invoices. Discussion/Motion to sign the Invoice Summary & Airport Improvement Project Request for Reimbursement No. 5 for AIP #017 (environmental assessment) and Invoice Summary & Airport Improvement Project Request for Reimbursement No. 3 (snow removal equipment building phase II construction). 10:20 a.m.: Discussion regarding unofficial Commissioners’ meeting minutes. Review & motion regarding Planning and Zoning Administrative Development Permit. ACTION ITEM.
10:30 a.m.: Boundary County School District Superintendent Jan Bayer and School District Business Mgr/Treasurer Cal Bateman – Presentation on Boundary County School District replacement levy.
11:30 a.m.: Deputy Clerk Pam Barton - Discussion regarding personnel matter. Possible executive session pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206(1)b, to consider the evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, or public school student. POSSIBLE ACTION ITEM.
