9:00 a.m.: Road and Bridge Department report.
9:30 a.m.: County Civil Attorney Tevis Hull – Update on various matters. Motion to appoint a Parks and Recreation Board member. Motion to sign Certificates of Residency. Motion to sign Commissioner meeting minutes. Cancel/extend various taxes. ACTION ITEMS.
10:00 a.m. to 10:50 a.m.: Solid Waste Department Superintendent Claine Skeen - Solid Waste Department report. Executive session pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206(1)b, to consider the evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, or public school student. Budget discussion. ACTION ITEMS.
10:50 a.m.: Indigent 2011-37. ACTION ITEM.
11:00 a.m.: Courthouse Maintenance Department report. Discussion regarding Memorial Hall roof.
11:30 a.m.: Economic Development Council (EDC) Director Dennis Weed – Update on EDC projects. POSSIBLE ACTION ITEMS.
1:30 p.m.: Review of the county’s personnel policy. ACTION ITEM.
2:00 pm.: Restorium Administrator Karlene Magee – Restorium report & budget review.

10:00 a.m.: County tax deeded property auction to be held in the Extension Office. ACTION ITEMS.
11:00 a.m. to noon: Budget workshop.
