Motion to adopt Resolutions for Solid Waste Department fee increase & Memorial Hall.

11:00 a.m.: Commissioners meet in special session for the purpose of meeting with Kimberly Simmons, Executive Director for the Idaho State Public Defense Commission, for introductions and to discuss general public defense matters.
