9:00 a.m.: Road and Bridge Department report.
9:30 a.m.: County Civil Attorney - Update on various matters. Approve Certificates of Residency. Cancel/extend various taxes. Treasurer Larson – Question regarding excess tax deed proceeds. Motion regarding ICRMP terrorism coverage. Indigent case 2008-31, possible motion to accept settlement offer. Motion to sign: 2016 Subrecipient Agreement for State Homeland Security Grant Program, Contract for Pre-Commercial Thinning Activities for the Lower Kootenai River Watershed Restoration Project, and the Amended Findings & Decision for Wild Horse Canyon. Motion to adopt Resolutions for Solid Waste Department fee increase & Memorial Hall.
10:00 a.m.: Boundary County Ambulance Service District Governing Board meeting.
10:30 a.m.: Forest Service District Ranger Kevin Knauth – Update on Forest Service matters.
11:00 a.m.: Restorium Administrator Karlene Magee – Personnel matters.
11:30 a.m.: Motion to sign the Federal Aviation Administration Grant offer for Airport Improvement Project #3-16-0004-014-2016. Possible motion to sign contract for jail medical services and lease for Armory Building.

Commissioners attend the opening ceremonies in the indoor arena at 6:30 p.m. for the Boundary County Fair.

9:00 a.m.: Commissioners meet in special session for the purpose of meeting with Bureau of Homeland Security Director, Brigadier General Brad Richy to discuss general topics.
11:00 a.m.: Commissioners meet in special session for the purpose of meeting with Kimberly Simmons, Executive Director for the Idaho State Public Defense Commission, for introductions and to discuss general public defense matters.
