Advisory: Air Stagnation Advisory until 01:00PM Wednesday
High pressure will rebuild over the region early next week. This will likely result in strong temperature inversions, trapping pollutants near the surface. The National Weather Service in Spokane has issued an Air Stagnation Advisory...which is in effect from 7 AM Sunday to 1 PM PST Wednesday.
* Air Quality...High pressure will cause strong temperature inversions, trapping pollutants near the surface.
* Timing...Sunday through Wednesday. Strongest temperature inversions expect Monday and Tuesday.
* Impacts...Deterioration of air quality is likely, leading to impacts to those with respiratory issues.
