Boundary County Sheriff Dave Kramer advises that earlier this evening local Law Enforcement Officers were involved in an accident investigation when a suspect at this investigation fired shots at officers.

No officers were injured but the suspect sustained minor injuries.

The suspect was treated at Boundary Community Hospital for minor injuries and released to the jail for further investigation.
