8:00 a.m.: Commissioners’ special meeting with Judge Barbara Buchanan and Administrative District Judge Rich Christensen - discuss a proposal to request the legislature fund a new district judge for Bonner County and Boundary County, and the possible impacts to Boundary County. ACTION ITEM.
9:00 a.m.: Road and Bridge Department report. Continuation of discussion & motion to sign the FY2020 Federal Aid Bridge Application for the Myrtle Creek Bridge Replacement. Motion to adopt resolution supporting the Project Identification Submittal for the Myrtle Creek Bridge Replacement Project. County resident Ken Thomas – Discuss property drainage issues. ACTION ITEMS.
9:30 a.m.: County Civil Attorney Tevis Hull – Update on various matters. Indigent 2020-4. Discussion & motion regarding seeking bids for remodel of armory. Motion to sign Certificates of Residency. Motion to sign Commissioner meeting minutes. Motion to reappoint Planning & Zoning Board members. Cancel/extend various taxes. Discuss request for information for insurance quotes. ACTION ITEMS.
10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.: Commissioners’ public hearing to consider Planning and Zoning Application 19-177, regarding proposed amendments to Land Use Ordinance #9B18LOV2. ACTION ITEMS.
11:30 a.m.: Restorium report.
