  1. Establish quorum; Open meeting
  2. Reading and approval of February 21 Meeting minutes. (Action Item)
  3. Public Hearing - Conditional Use Permit by Grant Dirks,   to place a second family residence on parcel RP62N02E323000A also known as 1146 FITZPATRICK RD.  (Action Item)
  4. Discuss areas of concern to the - Planning and Zoning Commission: including Junk Yard definition -   Possible modifications to Ordinance   (Action Item)
  5. Public Comment (Open)
  6. Adjourn

All Planning and Zoning Commission meetings are open to the public; anyone requiring special accommodation due to disability should contact the planning and zoning office, (208) 267-7212, at least two days prior to the scheduled meeting so that accommodations can be arranged.

NOTE: Location change: Planning and Zoning Hearings are now held at 6PM in the Extension Office behind the Courthouse at 6447 Kootenai Street, Bonners Ferry, ID 83805 ALL are invited to attend,   ALL Planning and Zoning meetings are open to the public.

Both written and oral testimony is accepted during public hearing and everyone interested is encouraged to attend and provide comment.
