COUNTY TAX DEEDED REAL PROPERTY AUCTION
AND NOTICE OF SALE OF MOBILE HOME

The Boundary County Commissioners will have their representative sell at Public Auction beginning at 1:30 p.m., (PST) on Tuesday, June 14, 2022, in the conference room of the Boundary County Annex, located at 6566 Main Street, Bonners Ferry, Idaho for cash to the highest bidder, the following described property, to-wit: Please note: Copies of the complete legal descriptions & Assessor’s parcel maps can be obtained from the Commissioners’ Office by calling (208) 267-7723. This auction will be conducted in person, but a conference call option is available. Anyone wishing to participate via conference call will need to use conference call telephone number: 1 (877) 402-9753 and enter Access Code: 9099848# promptly at 1:30 p.m. PST.

The real property will be sold, however, there is a mobile home on the property. The mobile home is a 1986, 14-foot by 53-foot Kentwood, further identified as Parcel #MHM0740002006DA, VIN #KW12320 (prior owner Barbara Ruzicka.) The mobile home will be sold immediately after the sale of the real property. The county assumes no responsibility for the removal of the mobile home should the successful bidders for the real property and mobile home not be the same person.

Minimum bid for the parcel will be announced at the time of the sale. All successful bidders must provide $100.00 non-refundable deposit in the form of cash or cashier’s check to secure the bid and shall have three business days to provide Boundary County with certified funds for the balance of the amount due. The Commissioners reserve the right to refuse any and all bids. Boundary County makes no warranties expressed or implied regarding these properties.
